If you are paying via bank draft and would like to update your payment information, click here to submit a bank draft authorization form. 

If you are an Active member and would like to switch to payroll deduction, click here to download the form. 

If you are a Retired member and would like to switch to ERS annuity deduction, you can set up automatic monthly dues deduction from your ERS annuity check online. Login to your ERS account and navigate to the Membership Dues section or click here to download the form.
